The interview presents their testimonies of how Sherry felt God calling her to write and Todd to his passion for art. About the Author
Sherry Stahl is a happily married mother of two. A Bible College Graduate and former youth pastor, Sherry is a passionate Bible teacher whose desire is to inspire others to study God’s amazing Word, so they can see how much God loves them and learn of all the great plans He has for their lives! For years she has been involved in ministry to women through teaching Bible Studies as well as speaking at Women’s groups and retreats. For over 10 years she was a Part Owner/Director of Finance and Operations for a very successful business in the Automotive Industry. Her hobbies range from scrapbooking to Drag Racing!
The “Sahara” of Sherry’s desert time was during her marital breakdown and more acutely as her daughter struggled with clinical depression. It is out of these desert times when God gave her water which inspired the book. God challenged Sherry to trust Him to take care of her daughter. She chose to trust, she began to write. The fruit of this obedience is in the release of this book and in the health that her daughter has begun to walk in. In the goodness of God, He brought a wonderful man into Sherry’s life. Todd Stahl is not only the illustrator of this book, but the wonderful second chance at true love that God gave to Sherry.
